At Naari Jewels, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time ranges between 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Any additional charges or offers will be clearly mentioned on the website at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. You can use the tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Naari Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Naari Jewels is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. In case of failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the Unpacking/Opening package and product. We will review the issue and assist you as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, it will be displayed at checkout. Naari Jewels reserves the right to enable or disable COD for certain locations or orders.

Order Delays or Cancellations

In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or operational issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.
