At Naari Jewels, we take great care in crafting and packaging our jewellery to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We request you to read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Returns

Due to the nature of imitation and fashion jewellery, we currently do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, images, and measurements carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 Days of delivery with clear images or videos of the Unpacking/Opening product and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable. Claims raised after 3 Days of delivery may not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in cases where:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • An incorrect product was delivered
  • The order cannot be fulfilled after successful payment

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement

Where eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements will be shipped after the damaged or incorrect product is verified. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Orders placed during sales or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)
  • Products reported after the specified claim period

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to an error from our side.
